- Lod the square brush with the blue paint
- Paint a thick line on the upper lid as close to the lashes as possible. Extend that line out into a swirl from the eye
- Create the general outline for the 4 petals of the flower, leaving a bit of space for the light color in the center
- Load a second square brush with the pearl color.

- Blend the pearl with the blue on the eyes pulling the color across the whole eye with the darker color on the outer edge and the lighter color on the inner part of the lid
- Blend the flower petals from the outline in blue toward the center with the square brush loaded with pearl
- With a thin brush, line the lids, swirl on the eye, and flower with black

- Add a pearl accent under the lower lids of the eyes, in the center of the flower, on the swirl and on the flower edges.
- line the lips with the blue using the square brush and blend with the pearl using a different square brush pulling from the edge of the lips toward the mouth
- finish the look with a light dusting of carefully applied blue glitter to accent the blue flower and lids
